Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Cummins. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex engine issues at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex engine issues using specialized tools and equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities on engine and related components.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to more experienced technicians and/or supervisor.
  • Complete required documentation, including service worksheets and timesheets.
  • Identify additional service opportunities with customers.
Requirements:
  • Apprentice-trained engine technician (preferred).
  • Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution.
  • Locally valid driving permit.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products.
  • Customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Australia Heavy Commercial, Mobile Plant or equivalent certificate.
