As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of innovative vocational education and training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the work of staff in the development and implementation of VE programs
  • Provide educational leadership and promote teaching and learning through effective interpersonal and communication skills, presentation, facilitation, and counselling skills
  • Contribute effectively as a constructive and proactive member of a team
  • Teach and assess students in the area of this position, using effective innovative and flexible teaching methods
  • Develop and implement competency-based assessment strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure that programs meet the training requirements of relevant industries
  • Manage resources, including finance, facilities, management, OH&S, Equal Opportunity, and Industrial Relations
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in TAE as a minimum
  • Diploma VET (desirable)
  • Information Technology specific qualification/s
