Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial performance of existing portfolios
  • Collaborate with sales staff on pricing strategies and participate in client meetings
  • Develop marketing reports and investor-grade information memorandums
  • Coordinate due diligence through virtual data rooms and ensure smooth transaction processes
  • Conduct site inspections and provide valuations for portfolio assessment
  • Maintain accurate CRM and internal sales databases
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting or corporate finance
  • Proven expertise in financial literacy, including balance sheets, modeling and reporting
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and relevant data platforms
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Interest or experience in mergers and acquisitions, transactions or sales advisory
