Financial Career Path In Deals And Investment Management

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and analysis? We have an exciting opportunity for an Investment Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Gain exposure across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and structuring new deals through to investment performance analysis.
- Support the sourcing, analysis, and execution of acquisitions and development opportunities.
- Build and stress-test detailed investment and development feasibility models.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present investment papers, submissions, and performance reports.
- Assist with due diligence across acquisitions and transactions.
- Monitor and forecast the performance of investments and funds under management.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external advisors, capital partners, and agents.
- We're looking for someone with 2–5 years' experience in property, corporate finance, funds management, law, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong financial modelling skills (Excel expertise) and confidence in cashflow analysis.
- Exposure to acquisitions, property development, or investment structuring.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to distil complex ideas clearly.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a drive to find opportunities and deliver outcomes.
