We are seeking a highly skilled deal analyst to join our Melbourne-based team.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in due diligence engagements, with the ability to identify key value drivers and provide financial insights that directly impact deal value and structuring.
- Participate in complex deal analysis and review accounting records and conduct interviews with management to gain a comprehensive understanding of the target's financial and operational performance.
- Project manage information flows and manage key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Deliver high-quality financial and commercial insights to support informed business decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance or economics.
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or international equivalent.
- A strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative environment.
