Overview

Food and Beverage Shift Leader role at Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia, based at Ayers Rock Resort, Yulara, NT (20 min drive from Uluru).

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Food & Beverage department in its daily operational requirements
  • Supervise the department in the absence of the Food & Beverage Supervisors
  • Complete all duties in line with SOP and train junior staff in SOP
  • Set an example of professional behaviours
  • Attend and engage in all scheduled training and meetings to assist Ayers Rock Resort management
