We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Assistant Retail Store Manager in our CASTLE HILL store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and provide a memorable customer experience.

About the Role

This part-time position requires 20-25 hours per week and involves working weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays. In return, we offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including:

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an individual with previous leadership experience, ideally in a retail environment. You should have confidence in providing praise and improvement feedback to your team and be able to create a unique customer experience. Knowledge of loss prevention and health & safety is essential, and visual merchandising experience is advantageous.
