About the Role
  • As a leader in our OSHC service, you will have the opportunity to support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.
  • You will assist in creating engaging programs using industry-leading tools.
  • You will be the face of TheirCare and build positive relationships within the school community.
  • You will mentor a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
  • You will work closely with your Area Manager to roster for your service.
  • You will manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
  • You will work Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.
About You
  • You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, positive relationships.
  • Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred, but not essential.
  • You hold a completed or current ACECQA-recognised qualification, such as Teaching, Childcare, or Community Services.
  • You have a valid Employee Working with Children's Check in the relevant state.
  • You are willing to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
  • You are willing to obtain a National Criminal History Check.
