We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside School Hours Care Director to lead our team at TeamKids in Footscray North, VIC 3011.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, staff, and school administrators.
- Natural Leadership Abilities: Showcase confidence, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude, with a focus on creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
- Qualifications: Hold or be studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education, Children's Services, or a related field.
