Lead Outside School Hours Care Coordinator

As a Lead Outside School Hours Care Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to lead your own OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.
Job Summary:
- We're looking for an experienced and engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
- You will be responsible for leading your own OSHC service, creating engaging programs with industry-leading programming tools, and mentoring your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
About You:
- You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues.
- Prior experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
- You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or are in the process of completing it.
- You possess a current Employee Working with Children's Check and are willing to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and a National Criminal History Check.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position with hours from 6:45 am to 9:00 am and 1:45 pm to 6:30 pm, plus weekly administration hours on weekdays.
- As a Lead Outside School Hours Care Coordinator, you'll have the flexibility to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

- A competitive salary package, estimated to be around $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
