Outside School Hours Care Program Manager

With a strong passion for delivering exceptional before, after, and holiday care programs, we're seeking an experienced Outside School Hours Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the north suburbs of Melbourne.
About the Role:
- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with schools and communities, designing engaging experiences for children, and fostering genuine connections with families.
- You'll have the opportunity to work from home between service times, enjoy flexible admin hours, and participate in structured training programs to ensure your success.
- This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including discounts on retail, entertainment, and hospitality, as well as 95% discount on enrolment fees in a TK service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative programs that meet the needs of primary-aged children.
- Foster positive relationships with school staff, parents, and community members.
- Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and quality in all aspects of the service.
About You:
- You possess a diploma-level or above qualification in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, Youth Work, or a related field.
- You have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving results.
- You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for children.
What We Offer:
- A highly competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum.
