Lead Outside School Hours Care

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing your own OSHC service, providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for children.
About the Role:- Manage your own OSHC service, supporting local families and creating engaging programs with industry-leading tools.
- Become the face of TheirCare in your community, building positive relationships with schools and families.
- Mentor and develop your team of educators, helping them grow within the industry.
- Rostering for your service, with support from your Area Manager.
- Ensure compliance and manage administrative tasks.
- You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.
- Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
- Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification.
- Able to obtain valid Working with Children's Check and First Aid certification.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and develop their team, and provide high-quality care to children. If you are passionate about working with children and have a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes, we encourage you to apply.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
