The Senior Test Manager will lead the delivery of a portfolio of testing projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

This role involves developing testing strategies, providing leadership and governance, and ensuring seamless planning and execution of manual and automated testing.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, documenting, and executing test cases as needed.

The Senior Test Manager will also coach junior test analysts, guide test managers and leads, and coordinate teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • ISTQB certification in Software Testing.
  • 10+ years of testing experience, including 5+ years in senior roles.
  • Skilled in manual and automated testing across Agile and Waterfall projects.
  • Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, and qMetry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and decision-making abilities.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and testing methods (manual, automated, performance).
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to use data for insights and decisions.
