Job Description:Company Overview:

Our client, a renowned wet/dry foods manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join their dynamic team in Murarrie, Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality testing on raw materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine QA tasks as outlined by the QPM and associated procedures
  • Input QA data into SAP systems
  • Conduct CCP verification checks
  • Raise NC and block stock and follow-ups
  • Follow standard QA procedures and reporting
  • Complete temperature checks
  • Assist with shelf-life validation programs
  • Water and airplate testing as required
  • Work closely with production team members to ensure compliance
  • Coordinate and assist in routine GMP
  • Maintain laboratory equipment to the highest possible standards
Requirements:
  • A can-do and positive attitude
  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing QA/Lab setting
  • HAACP experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous SAP experience is highly advantageous
  • Full working rights within Australia
  • Own reliable transportation
