Restaurant Lease Management Opportunity

This is a mid-senior level role that involves managing restaurant leases across all three brands. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve this goal.

  • Establish relationships with related brands to better understand market rents and develop strategies for lease renewals.
  • Prepare reports regarding renewal status and ensure timely submission of property Board Approval documents.
  • Negotiate lease renewals for various formats, including Drive Thru, Foodcourt, and Shopfronts, while ensuring Lessee and Lessor responsibilities are met.
  • Collaborate with brand teams, franchise partners, legal team, suppliers, Landlords/agents, and other stakeholders to drive business success.
  • Oversee the management of lease documentation, instructing on lease terms and conditions.
  • Ensure that lease agreements are interpreted correctly, aligning with Lessee and Lessor responsibilities.
