We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our property and lease management operations in Chatswood, New South Wales.

About the Role
  • Prioritise safety in all aspects of lease management ensuring the well-being of individuals and communities.
  • Oversee lease agreements, rental reviews, insurances, and debtor management to maintain a high level of service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections of leased properties to ensure compliance with lease terms and identify opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement leasing policies and maintain accurate lease records.
  • Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments for outdoor dining licences and road reserve leases.
  • Work closely with the Facility Services Administration Officer to ensure accurate on-charging of utilities to lessees.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders regarding lease management and compliance.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in property or lease management within a government or corporate environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of real estate laws, leasing practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management systems.
