The role of Community Support Worker involves providing services in clients' homes, including domestic, social, medication, and personal care. You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their needs and develop personalized care plans.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate III in a care related field or be working towards one. You will also need a current First Aid certificate, Working with Children's Check, and NDIS Check. A driver's licence with an insured vehicle is also essential.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, travel time between clients, kilometres, and salary packaging on top of your hourly rate. Our pay rates range from $30.85 to $32.74 per hour, depending on experience.
