About the Role at Superloop

This is a unique opportunity to join Superloop, a leading company in AU, as a People & Culture Business Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with key business leaders, providing strategic and operational advice, and supporting employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR generalist responsibilities combined with subject matter expertise in Remuneration & Benefits.
  • Confidently provide expert HR advice and assistance to employees and management on a full range of issues and practices, including salary benchmarking, Employee Relations, and engagement activities.
  • Advise and coach management on employment-related matters in accordance with legislation, HR policies, and procedures, and appropriate industrial instruments.
  • Facilitate performance management and grievance issues in accordance with company policy and legislative requirements.
  • Remain up-to-date with employment legislation and HR/IR industry trends.
  • Lead a range of HR projects.

Requirements

  • Strategic and operational business partnering skills.
  • Subject matter expertise in Remuneration & Benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Group Head of People & Culture and other members of the People & Culture team.
