Join Our Team as a People Advisory Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Advisory Business Partner to join our People, Performance & Culture team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing quality and commercially effective advice to our employees and business leaders.

About the Role

  • Providing proactive coaching and guidance to our business leaders to build credibility and trust
  • Partnering with our business leaders to coordinate and resolve complex people management issues
  • Assisting in providing training and coaching to management in people compliance obligations
  • Project managing key People strategies and company initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Employment Law, Business, or a related discipline
  • Extensive HR business partnering experience and a minimum of 5+ years working in a generalist role in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and industrial framework, practices, and contemporary developments in People Management
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
