Job Title: People and Culture Business Partner

Join Optimum Consulting as a People and Culture Business Partner and take on a key role in driving business success through strategic HR initiatives.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a global engineering consultancy, supporting the development of the company's HR strategy and delivering high-quality people services across all areas of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with business objectives
  • Provide HR advice and support to leaders and managers, including coaching and guidance on performance management and disciplinary matters
  • Conduct ER/IR investigations, including grievance and disciplinary matters, and assist managers in managing key HR issues
  • Support the development of the company's HR Information Systems and Data Analysis/Flows
  • Design, implement, and deliver frontline training programs across the business
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business, or a related field
  • Background in a People and Culture advisory/business partnering role
  • Proven understanding of HR Information Systems and Data Analysis/Flows
  • Knowledge and experience in IR/ER process and legislation
  • Ability to build relationships and influence a large stakeholder group across the business
