Job Overview:

The role of a people leader is to synchronize business objectives with personnel strategies, providing guidance and coaching to managers in handling HR matters and implementing workforce initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to drive goals that align with both People and business strategies.
  • Offer expert advice and support on all HR/ER queries to stakeholders and employees in your portfolio.
  • Develop and implement strategic planning to align People Operations strategy and KPIs with Division's goals, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Champion the adoption and utilization of key tools like the service delivery model and DOA for people-related decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or industrial relations.
  • Expert knowledge of employment and industrial relations laws and regulations.
  • Proven expertise in delivering ER/IR advice to bolster business strategy.
  • Skilled advocate before employment tribunals.
  • Proven track record in crafting reports, policies, and procedures.
  • Extensive site experience in the resources industry, ideally with a contracting business.
  • Experienced leader of HR Advisors/Business Partners
