About This Role:

As an Educational Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational programs offered to children at our centre. You will collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the learning experience.

Working closely with the centre leadership team, you will lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice. Your expertise will deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Educational Programs: Create and execute engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Collaborate with Centre Team Members: Work closely with Educators to design, deliver, and evaluate educational experiences.
  • Lead Transformative Changes: Drive positive change and champion excellence in educational practice throughout the centre.
  • Guide Team Development: Provide expert guidance and support to help team members develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Education or related field
  • Proven experience as an Educational Leader or similar role

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of child development and early years education
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others
