**Job Opportunity: Educational Leader**

The role of an Educational Leader is a pivotal position in early childhood education, requiring collaboration with educators to develop and enhance educational programs. As a leader, you will play a key role in deepening the team's understanding of child development and early years content.

The successful candidate will have experience working with educators to guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. You will lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice, working closely with the centre leadership team.

A key aspect of this role is diversifying your daily routine, where you will be supporting the team across different rooms. The ideal candidate will enjoy leading and guiding a team of 20+ early childhood professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth and professional development.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a floating position within the centre, with the added benefit of enjoying a rotating roster during operational hours from 7am - 6pm.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Experience as an educator or educational leader
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
