Job Title: IT Support and Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an IT Support and Sales Specialist. This role requires exceptional technical expertise, combined with strong sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch IT support, including hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and software configuration.
  • Assist clients with setting up and maintaining IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and devices.
  • Identify and recommend suitable IT solutions for clients.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
  • Conduct sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities and managing client accounts.
  • Develop and deliver proposals for IT solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of support tasks and sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support, including working with Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft Exchange, and Remote Desktop.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
  • A positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience in sales, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of IT products and services, with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • IT-related qualifications or certifications (preferred but not required).
