Strategic Talent Partner

We're looking for a skilled Strategic Talent Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading safety initiatives and driving transformation across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience in human resources or people and culture, including at least two years in a business partnering role. They will also have strong understanding of Australian employment law and HR practice, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Responsibilities:- Lead safety initiatives with particular focus on psychological safety
- Partner with key stakeholders to provide expert advice on all people-related matters
- Ensure everyday practices are procedurally fair
- Sponsor internal talent, succession planning, and career development initiatives
You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and lead the development of policies and procedures in line with employment legislation and best practice. You will also compile and analyse data to guide leaders with decision-making.
The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. They will also have a great writing style and enjoy drafting communications.
