We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about shaping business success through strategic hiring. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a consultative partner to business leaders
    • Managing full lifecycle recruitment needs across all business units
      • Collaborate on workforce planning and succession strategies
      • Conduct intake meetings, define interview processes, and share talent market insights
      • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
      • Own and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
      • Enable hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidate experiences

Other qualities you'll need to be a fit for this role include:

  • 5+ yearsof experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR business partnering.
  • Proven success infull-cycle recruitingacross various functions or geographies.
  • Experience recruiting for global sales roles (pre-sales, direct, channel, marketing and customer success)
  • Familiarity withtalent analytics,employer branding, andrecruitment marketing.
  • Background inconsulting with senior leadersand driving hiring decisions aligned with business strategy.
