General Accounts Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Accounts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, proficient skills in MS Office and accounting systems, strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and work within time frames.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Bank reconciliations for the office and trust account
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile month end reports, trust accounts, open and close controlled monies accounts, enter disbursements paid on credit card, and assist with general accounts queries

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Proficient skills in MS Office and accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work within time frames
