Job Summary:

As a leading provider of workplace rehabilitation solutions in Australia, IPAR is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients, employers, and medical professionals to develop and implement effective injury prevention and return to work strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct case management and assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized return to work plans
  • Work collaboratively with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Apply clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes and promote workplace safety
  • Complete a variety of assessments using clinical and discipline-specific skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations and Worksite Assessments
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Full Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligibility to obtain upon graduation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Passion for injury prevention and return to work
