Our Opportunity

We seek full-time and part-time Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic team in Ballarat. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide community-based occupational therapy and enjoy flexibility in managing your own schedule.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based clinical care in the community, focusing on Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and Hospital Substitution programs.
  • Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
  • Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals.
  • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for optimal client outcomes.
  • Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.

Requirements

  • Community or hospital OT experience is preferred.
  • An Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration is essential.
  • A valid driver's license and insured vehicle are required.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.
