Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive the success of our Non-Rewards Credit Card products. As a key member of our Credit Cards Line of Business team, you will be responsible for identifying market demands, shaping the product vision, and collaborating with various teams to bring this vision to fruition.
Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
- The successful candidate will have extensive experience in product management, ideally within the Australian payments/consumer banking sector or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian consumer credit market, products, processes, and regulatory frameworks is essential.
- A thorough understanding of the financial market, customer needs, and competitive landscape is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify key competitors, remain abreast of industry trends, technology, and consumer trends, and develop strategies to address potential risks and business challenges.
- Analyze market data, develop strategies, and define product objectives across the value chain.
- Develop product policies and pricing strategies, translating those strategies into detailed requirements.
- Design and develop products, leveraging research, analysis, and customer feedback to suggest new product development and refinements for existing products.
- Analyze key data points (churn rate, IBB, sales, NCL, acquisition metrics, revenue) to understand trends and determine activities to address these.
- Collaborate with commercial teams on financial business cases, considering costs and pricing based on customer perceived value.
Our offer includes a competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
