We are seeking a skilled and experienced social worker to join our team in a regional hospital in Northeast Victoria. The role is a great opportunity for a professional looking to work in an acute inpatient setting.

Job Description

  • Provide clinical social work services in the Acute admitted space (ED, Acute/Medical, Surgery, Maternity/SCN, Paediatrics, ICU).
  • Work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Hit the ground running with Australian hospital experience; experience with crisis, NDIS, RACF, VCAT, and related processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Australian hospital experience is essential for this role.
  • This is a Clinical Social Worker position, not a Mental Health Social Worker role.
  • If you are overseas trained, you must have been assessed by the AASW before applying.
