Job DetailsFull-time position working Monday – Friday, approximately 38 hours per week, with flexible start times. A Grade 2 level role requiring the ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Located approximately 2.5 hours drive from Melbourne.
Caseload and Responsibilities- Inpatient caseload includes acute assessments, discharge planning, and functional reviews. May also be required to fill inpatient rehab/GEM roles depending on skills and experience.
