You will assist with personal care, daily living, and social inclusion.
We welcome applicants who are new to the industry and bring energy, creativity, and a willingness to share their passions with others.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide person-centred support across home and community settingsAssist with daily living activities, including high personal careShare your interests and hobbies to enrich participant experiencesSupport social inclusion and community participationCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualised support plansEmpower people to achieve their goals and live life on their termsProviding support with water sports i.e. swimmingFinancialSalary packaging: Up to $15,900 for everyday living expenses and $2,650 for meals and entertainment, all tax-freeDiscounted health insurance through BupaRegional and Remote Area BenefitsLiving in Wangaratta or nearby eligible areas may give you access to extra salary packaging benefits, such as:Housing support (rent or mortgage interest)Fuel and travel expense packagingAdditional tax savings through remote area concessionsEligibility depends on your location and personal circumstances, based on ATO guidelines.
