Technical Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to deliver exceptional ServiceNow solutions and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and efficient ServiceNow configurations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and will be able to develop custom applications, workflows, and UI elements to meet business requirements.

Additionally, the candidate will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct code reviews, and provide guidance and expertise to support platform growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ServiceNow Configuration: Develop and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams to prioritize and address business needs.
  • Techincal Skills: Explore and test ServiceNow's capabilities.
  • Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and quality control.
  • Custom Solutions: Develop scoped applications and workflows.
Requirements and Experience:
  • Mandatory Qualifications: A degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and 1+ additional CIS certification.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
  • Additional Requirements: Strong communication skills and ability to create build documentation.
