We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our leadership team at Myer Castle Hill.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and leading team performance, while championing our Customer First Plan and managing day-to-day operations.

You will be responsible for managing the daily activities of your team and business to drive financial performance, optimising productivity through effective workforce management, and driving a high-performance, customer-focused service and selling culture.
