Regional Sales Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Lead to join our team and manage key relationships across Melbourne's western suburbs. This exciting opportunity involves representing our iconic brands in key grocery outlets, driving sales performance and developing strong customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an assigned sales territory in the Melbourne South Western area, including Footscray, Williamstown, Altona, Werribee & Caroline Springs.
  • Develop and maintain strong and long-term customer relationships.
  • Complete field reporting and increase promotional effectiveness.
  • Utilize initiative, planning, time management and selling skills to identify opportunities to increase sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sales experience gained from FMCG or Grocery, preferably with strengths in developing new customer relationships and servicing existing clients.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with the ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and a pride in your role, with a passion for representing our brands across Breakfast and Snacks categories.
