Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Coordination: Develop agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting papers, contributing to informed decision-making within the team.
  • Activity Management: Manage concurrent activities, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain high levels of organization and time management, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal disruptions.

Location: You will be based at Gosford Hospital.
