Administrative Coordinator - Placement Operations

The primary function of this position is to manage and execute the administrative aspects of placing students within various healthcare programs, ensuring those placements are executed effectively and efficiently.

This role will serve as the initial point of contact for staff, students, and clinicians pertaining to placements in the program.

  • Coordinate student placements for Medical Program and Allied Health Programs.
  • Enjoy flexible working arrangements, with one day per week spent working from home.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional administrative support.
  • Organising and coordinating student placements.
  • Communicating with staff, students, and clinicians.
  • Ensuring placements run smoothly and efficiently.
