About the Role
The Department of Government Services is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and providing timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to resolve enquiries, complaints, and investigate cases
- Assist with the management of inbox enquiries and provide insights into customer trends
- Outbound customer phone calls and emails to provide instruction and gather additional customer information
- Keep detailed records relating to customer interactions
Requirements
- Sound communication skills, including the ability to maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
