Your Team

Your Role

As a Senior Marketing Manager - Media Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our annual paid media strategy. This will involve:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business goals and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Managing media agency relationships to ensure seamless execution of media strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in martech and adtech.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with media vendors and partners.
  • Providing strategic recommendations to enhance media approaches and drive business growth.
Paid Media Roadmap

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping our annual marketing plans and quarterly roadmaps. This will involve:

  • Collaborating with the Head of Program Marketing to develop and prioritize key initiatives.
  • Identifying and prioritizing opportunities to enhance capabilities across the AdTech and MarTech stack.
  • Developing digital audiences strategy and defining Martech requirements for Program Marketing.
  • Representing the Program Marketing Team for cross-functional projects and providing updates to the team.
  • Working with Marketing Managers embedded in different squads to prioritize paid media projects and actions.
Team and Stakeholder Management

As a Senior Marketing Manager - Media Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring key stakeholder collaboration and prioritizing projects in line with overall business priorities. You will also be expected to:

  • Inspire and motivate the Media Team and the wider Program Marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by cultivating relationships with stakeholders to improve their understanding and knowledge of paid media principles.
Your Experience

We're looking for a candidate with a strong marketing background and a minimum of 6 years' experience in a leadership role. You should have a deep understanding of martech and paid media, as well as analytical and decision-making skills. Additionally, you should be able to:

  • Develop and inspire a team to achieve high performance.
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
