Job Title: Landscape Care Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day care and maintenance of our gardens.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance the appearance of the gardens through regular pruning, planting, mulching, weeding, hedging, mowing, soil amelioration, and irrigation.
  • Develop and implement a daily work schedule to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Perform tree maintenance tasks as required.
  • Operate and maintain plant and other equipment in a safe and effective manner.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Play a lead role in managing the on-ground programming, monitoring, operating, and maintenance of the irrigation system.
  • Fertilise and apply herbicides as needed.
  • Identify and control diseases and pests using integrated pest management principles.
Working Conditions:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve the objectives of the Fed Square Greening masterplan.
