Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the development of our customer relationship management platform. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and usability of supporter data.

About the Role:

This role plays a critical part in our CRM transformation initiative, focusing on system configuration, data architecture, and enabling stakeholder-driven enhancements. You will support high-quality, actionable data and seamless integration across fundraising, supporter engagement, and operational systems.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure supporter data is accurate and deduplicated.
  • Oversee Transaction Processing: Lead the execution of donation, refund, and related transaction workflows.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold data privacy and security standards.
  • Manage CRM Support Requests: Fulfil helpdesk job requests from users in line with agreed service levels.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience working with CRM platforms, including configuration, data management, and user support.
  • Clinical understanding of CRM platform migration projects.
  • Advanced Excel Skills.
