Job Summary:

The Luxury Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, hotel staff, and local partners
  • Lead a team of Service Leaders to ensure seamless delivery of services, including luggage handling, reception, and recommendations
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to increase revenue, reduce costs, and enhance the overall service experience
  • Maintain high standards of personal presentation and adhere to hotel policies and procedures
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and reports while adhering to security and emergency protocols
  • Familiarize yourself with local culture and tourism to provide personalized service to guests
Requirements:

To succeed as a Luxury Service Manager, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a luxury service environment
  • Fluency in English to effectively communicate with guests and staff
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide your team
  • A good understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience in hotel management is an asset but not required
