Service Leadership Opportunity

  • We are seeking an experienced and motivated service leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and meeting needs promptly.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in automotive service management or leadership.
  • Strong technical knowledge of luxury/prestige vehicle systems.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with automotive software systems.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
