Exciting Leadership Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our construction projects nationally and developing a seamless recruiting experience.

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will lead a small team of experienced recruiters, providing strategic thinking to support workforce planning nationally. Your expertise will be invaluable in managing multiple tasks in a customer-centric environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or engineering recruitment, preferably in-house. A demonstrated track record of working in a strategic talent management role with a salaried employee base is essential. National recruiting experience with an understanding of state-based nuances is also highly desirable.

Skill Requirements:

  • Experience in Construction or Engineering recruitment.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a strategic talent management role.
  • National recruiting experience with state-based nuances.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
