A successful Project Coordinator will assist in delivering significant projects and thrive in a diverse team environment.
- Coordinate on-site team members and contractors to ensure efficient task completion.
- Manage project operations, including yard stores, transportation, and maintenance systems, minimizing waste.
- Maintain four weeks of supervisor, workforce, and plant requirements.
- Create and issue purchase orders for all procurements.
- Source materials suitable for the project.
- Track and manage site materials using management systems.
- Assist in recruiting site staff, supervise, and maintain records of professional development and career progression.
- Apply relevant Australian standards.
- Assess and manage site risks.
- Plan, monitor, and report project inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:- Relevant qualifications.
- Local experience in operations or logistics coordination.
- Knowledge of Australian standards.
- Civil construction experience desirable.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in using project management systems.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, Excel, and Microsoft Project advantageous.
- Driver's license and vehicle required.
