This role sits within the Learning & Development function and works closely with internal stakeholders across IT, Knowledge and Projects & Transformation. As Systems Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and facilitating systems training nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create induction training on internal systems such as Aderant, Work 10 (iManage), pdfDocs and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Design and facilitate ongoing systems training including refresher courses and updates on new product releases.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive systems training materials and manuals.
  • Collaborate with the L&D Manager to create a yearly national systems training calendar.
  • Participate in various Learning & Development projects.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a Systems/IT training role or equivalent legal support background.
  • Experience using precedent, billing and document management programs.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • The ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Knowledge of best practice training methods and diverse learning styles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
