Training Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will play a critical role in the delivery of high-quality learning and development outcomes.

  • Maintain the competency framework and Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of training and competency assessments.
  • Provide administrative support for training standards and LMS processes.
  • Manage and verify training records and generate reports.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth training operations.
  • Prioritise tasks and monitor workflows to meet service standards.
  • Assist with project work, research, and process improvements.
  • Prepare cost estimates, resource plans, and training schedules.
  • Coordinate travel bookings and process related claims.
  • Support procurement of training materials and contract administration.
  • Contribute to quality, safety, and compliance systems.

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate :

  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role within a training environment.
  • High level of communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to support effective working relationships.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage your workload effectively while working with competing priorities.
  • Competence and confidence in learning and using technical systems.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable.
