We are seeking a skilled and proactive Office Administrator to support our executive leadership team in driving organisational efficiency and delivering high-level administrative support.
About the Role
This is an integral position within our leadership team, requiring a confident and resourceful individual who can handle sensitive matters with discretion. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing calendars, travel arrangements, communications, and daily priorities for senior executives.
- Preparing high-quality reports, briefings, and presentations to inform strategic decision-making.
- Liaising with senior stakeholders, including government officials, industry partners, and member organisations.
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups to ensure seamless execution.
- Supporting strategic projects and internal communications to enhance business outcomes.
- Leading process improvements to enhance executive support delivery and drive organisational excellence.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a seasoned Administrative Professional with a strong track record of supporting executive leadership. You will possess exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
