As a valued team member, you will play a vital role in supporting our therapy service programs. We provide an extensive range of integrated and holistic services to support families, children, and young people who may be experiencing difficulty.

Our Family Centres are located across the Central Coast, offering child and family support, counselling, domestic and family violence support, and more.

This full-time, permanent opportunity is ideal for someone with extensive prior experience in Administration, Receptionist or Customer Service roles within Community Services. You will act as a first point of contact for clients seeking therapy services, responding to calls with an empathetic and non-judgmental communication style.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake and ensure compliance with incident management, reporting, and escalation requirements.
  • Maintain databases with high accuracy and organize catering, room bookings, and other items relevant to events, training, or meetings.
  • Collaborate with corporate services for invoicing requirements and ensure invoice reconciliation.

To Succeed in This Role:

  • Have extensive prior experience in Administration, Receptionist or Customer Service roles within Community Services.
  • Possess relevant training in mental health first aid or accidental counsellor.
  • Develop a strong, confident communication style and ability to present professionally.
  • Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a professional approach to handling confidential/sensitive matters.
